TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Nevada Specialist Challenge is promoted and administered by Travel Nevada and Canuckiwi.

Only agents who have successfully completed all campaign requirements, as outlined in these Terms & Conditions, are eligible to participate. The campaign is open to accredited Australian retail travel consultants aged 21 years or over who are employed full-time at the time of entry and at the time of travel. To be eligible for consideration, participants must successfully complete the Travel Nevada Specialist Program, become a Reno Tahoe Certified agent through the Reno Tahoe website and complete the designated Qantas Learning Hub module (The Spirit of Travel: Las Vegas) between 6 August and 30 September 2026. Participants who completed the Travel Nevada Specialist Program prior to 6 August 2026 may apply to become a hosted itinerary leader by submitting the official application form and completing all mandatory questions by 30 September 2026. Travel Nevada, Qantas and Canuckiwi reserve the right to verify participant eligibility, training completion and host application requirements prior to awarding any prize.

A total of 12 places are available across six self-drive Nevada FAM itineraries. These 12 places include both successful prize draw entrants and selected itinerary hosts. As this is a self-drive FAM, participants must hold a current driver licence that allows them to drive in the United States and meet any requirements of the rental vehicle provider. Completion of the required training or submission of a host application does not guarantee selection. Host applications will be assessed by Travel Nevada and Canuckiwi based on the quality and suitability of the responses provided. Winners and selected hosts will be notified by 15 October 2026. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and travel must be undertaken on the dates determined by Travel Nevada and Qantas during November and December 2026. The hosted FAM includes return economy class flights from Sydney to Nevada (as arranged by Qantas), accommodation, group sightseeing and experiences, and most meals as specified in the final itinerary. Meals not included in the itinerary, alcoholic beverages, personal expenses, travel insurance, passports, visas, ESTA (where applicable), and any other travel documentation are the responsibility of the participant. Participants are responsible for making their own way to and from the designated international departure gateway in Australia unless otherwise advised. Flights supplied by Qantas are subject to the Qantas Conditions of Carriage.

Receipt of the prize may have Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) implications. The grossed-up value of the prize and any other fringe benefit received during the FBT year may be reportable on the recipient's annual PAYG Payment Summary in accordance with Australian taxation legislation. Participants should seek independent financial advice if required. By accepting a place on the FAM, participants agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the program, including photography, video, social media content, testimonials and post-FAM feedback requested by Travel Nevada, Qantas or Canuckiwi. Travel Nevada and Canuckiwi reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, substitute the prize if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary, and their decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final.
